This is Chewie and just like my little Atka he was also found walking the yellow line of the highway, alone, cold, and hungry. He was 3 months old when he was found and brought to the SPCA. We adopted him 3 days later :) He's a fun loving healthy little puppy who loves his sister Atka very much! They go everywhere
