I am Winslow Blue, a fun and frisky Blue( and a little brown) eyed Blue Merle Cardigan Welsh Corgi! I was born in Dec. 2015! My gotcha day was 2/20/16, when I flew from OK to PA to be with my forever family, including my Pembroke Welsh Corgi brother, Barkley Stumps! I'm just lovin' life as a Corgi!
