Violet the Mixed Breed (aka frenchiepughuahua!)
Violet's mom says: Violet came to us through a dog rescue organization. She, her mom and her 6 brothers and sisters were abandoned at 2 weeks old. We are not really sure what breed of dog she is... part Pug, French Bulldog, and Chihuahua. What we do know is that she may have the best personality of any dog we've ever met. She loves giving lots and lots of kisses. She goes to work with us everyday and plays to exhaustion with her boyfriend, Johnny Murphy, a 2-year Irish Terrier. She can always find the warmest spot in the house and will muscle her way into it, if need be. She recently discovered her bark and enjoys letting the neighborhood know that "Violet is here! Violet is here!" While visiting family during Christmas time, Great Grandma was much more interested in her new great-grandpuppy than her new great-grandchildren. Now that's one scene-stealing dog! When we go on walks, people stop their cars to ask what kind of dog she is. We just answer "The best parts of all dogs in a little brown package!" Turn-ons: belly rubs, yogurt containers, and space heaters. Turn-offs: the rain and nail clippers. She has stolen our hearts and we can't remember life before Violet!

Violet has definitely stolen my heart. There were so many pictures to adore that I really had a hard time picking my favorite! I'd suggest that you find a way to contact me if you ever had to give her up but I can tell you'd absolutely NEVER part with anything that precious. The picture of her and her boyfriend Johnny is so sweet too.
She looks so expressive, like she's getting ready to tell you something really important. I'll bet you can teach this one to talk! Violet has stolen my heart.
How could anyone abandon such sweetness? I hope her siblings got good homes too. Violet is a little doll!

VIOLET IS SOOOOOO CUTE. I THINK THE BEST PUPPIES ARE POUND PUPPIES. WE GOT CHLOE AT A SHELTER AND SHE IS THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO US. SHE ALSO IS A MIX VET THINKS CORGI,CHOW AND POM. SHE LOOKS LIKE A RED FOX. I HAD GOTTEN REALLY SICK AND HAD TO LEARN HOW TO WALK ALL OVER AGAIN AND SHE LOVES TO WALK SO SHE'S GOOD THERAPY TOO. ENJOY HER.
So adorable! I love this picture. I love her story and how she came to be yours. So very thankful there are people out there that do love and care for these animals that others think so little of. Violet is gorgeous -- nothing better than an all-American muttlet! And as for her boyfriend Johnny Murphy -- she's not the first gal to be seduced by a big, good looking Irishman (or perhaps she seduced him, which isn't unusual either, how could he resist?) Violet is an absolute cutie, a love bug as someone else just said. She must have received a lot of TLC to look as fantastic as she does, considering she was abandoned at 2 weeks old. She has deveoped into quite the show stopper, and I can certainly see why. Hugs, kisses and 11 biscuits from Kansas.

Violet is way too cute!! I think you're dead on about part chihuahua, but I think she may be half Boston Terrier, too, based on her head markings and some wrinkles. My dog is part Boston Terrier/part Brussels Griffon and I see a resemblance. In any event, LOVE HER!!!

i don't see chihuahua, but i definitely see miniature pinscher in her. i have a chocolate min pin, and she looks exactly like violet with the exception of the white stripe.

To me, Violet is incredibly beautiful - like a work of art -- and what a precious duo in this picture. Have you had a portrait of her done? It would be beautiful. Her face looks sculpted - like a china doll.
If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times, there' s nothing better than an LBD (Little Brown Dog)! Our LBD is Lila (a red healer, dachshund, terrier mix - we think!) They are always such fun dogs.

Violet must have had a very good Doggy Mommy to have thrived so well while being abandoned. Sooo glad a human being came along and actually acted like one and did the right thing. Hope her mom and sibs are in great homes like Violet's. She's beautiful and perfect!

We are this little baby's former FOSTER MOMS, Jeanne and Marcella with S.A.F.E. Animal Haven. Violet is a very lucky little girl to have found such an amazing home! Her mother and all but one of her siblings have been adopted. We loved every moment that we shared with her and are so glad that her FOREVER MOM gave her the life we always wanted her to have. We give her 11++++ biscuits. Give her a BIG KISS FROM US!!!!!

Violet is the prettiest little girlie I've seen today! For my life, I'll never understand the black soul of a human who could abandon an animal momma and her babies, or a pregnant dog like our shelter puppy turned out to be. Tomorrow, three of our seven puppies-in-the-dining-room will move to their new,forever homes; three more on the week-end; and the last guy next month as he's moving quite a distance away to be loved by my sister-in-law. Like your perfect Violet, our babies are perfect, too. I pray for love, health and stability for all. The doggies are perfect; the humans need work. Violet has the most kissable cheeks, eh?? Don't care what the mix is ... she's a little beauty!

I don't see frenchie or pug but have you thought maybe jack russell? The long neck and muzzle remind me of Jack Russells. just a thought. She is a very nice looking dog and I'm sure she has a wonderful personality!!

Violet is vonderful!! Such a pretty puppy certainly deserves a flower for a name! Her nose reminds me of a rescue I had many years ago, whose dad was a traveling sales dog, but mom was a Brittany! Dusty didnt look anything like his mom, except for his nose! We used to have fun trying to guess what dad was, but it really didn't matter....he was our dog, & we were his people!
