you should NOT allow a giant breed dog to jump off anything, let alone porches! not to be harsh, but if you did any research on mastiffs and mastiff mixes you would know this. their joints and bones can be severely damaged for life. this is irresponsible.
I have a 3 yr old male boxer/mastiff mix and yours is the spitting image of him as a pup....Bear is now 130 lbs and still thinks he's a pup that can sleep in my lap, bed, arm chair....etc. But I guess at 130 lbs he can!!!
